Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dreamfare — the website at dreamfare.app and the Dreamfare mobile app. By creating an account or using Dreamfare you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What Dreamfare is (and isn’t)

Dreamfare helps you plan trips: build itineraries, collaborate with friends, publish trips, generate plans with AI, and jump to travel partners to book. Dreamfare is not a travel agency, carrier, or booking merchant. Flights, stays, activities, and trains are searched and booked on third-party partner sites (for example Aviasales, Booking.com, Viator, Klook, or Omio); your contract for any booking is with that partner or the underlying travel provider, under their terms. Prices, schedules, and availability shown in Dreamfare are indicative and can change — always confirm the details on the partner’s page before you pay. When you book through a partner link, Dreamfare may earn an affiliate commission. This never changes the price you pay.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country).
• Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Dreamfare Premium (subscriptions)

Premium unlocks AI trip planning and other member features. It is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store: $6.99 per month or $14.99 per 3 months (prices may vary by region), with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Creator earnings

When someone books a qualifying item from a trip you published, we may credit you a share of the affiliate commission we receive. Credits appear in your Dreamfare wallet once the partner confirms the commission, and can be reversed if the underlying booking is cancelled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent. Cash-outs are delivered by Tremendous and may be subject to minimums. Abuse (self-referral schemes, fake bookings, click manipulation) forfeits earnings and may close your account.

Your content

You own the content you add to Dreamfare. You give us the license we need to host and display it — including publicly, if you publish a trip or profile. Don’t post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Imported and third-party content

If you import a public video link, Dreamfare reads the public post to extract the places it mentions and keeps a link back to the original. Videos are never re-hosted on Dreamfare or made available for download; playback happens through each platform’s own player. All videos, captions, and creator content remain the property of their creators and platforms. Only import content you’re allowed to use this way. If you’re a creator and would like an import of your video removed or attributed differently, email hello@dreamfare.app and we’ll act promptly.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Dreamfare infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@dreamfare.app including: (1) a link to the content, (2) a description of the copyrighted work, (3) your name and contact details, and (4) a statement that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner. We remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing rate limits.
• No attempts to bypass premium gating or manipulate commissions.
• No impersonation or harassment of other travelers.

AI features

AI-generated itineraries and suggestions can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete — treat them as a starting point, not professional advice. Verify visas, safety guidance, opening hours, and prices before you travel or book.

Disclaimers and liability

Dreamfare is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, prices, or services of travel partners and providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects Apple’s responsibilities to you under its media services terms.

Termination

You can stop using Dreamfare or delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licenses for published-then-booked trips, liability limits, disputes) survive termination.

Changes, governing law, contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions: hello@dreamfare.app.
